Four decisions that shape everything else
Structure before code
Every project is a real, versioned graph — Feature → Page → Section → Component → Data → API → Entity — not a document blob or a chat transcript.
Minimum context, not maximum
A hybrid heuristic token-estimation engine sizes exactly what each development task needs before it's sent to Claude Code — read scope, write scope, forbidden scope, an estimated token budget, and a risk rating, with automatic task-splitting when a task is too large.
Nothing ships without human approval
Every AI-generated requirement, role, feature, page, or design token carries a source/confidence/confirmation state and goes through an explicit accept/reject/edit flow. No silent AI writes.
Impact analysis before change
Propose a structural change to a Feature, Page, or Entity and the system computes the blast radius — resolved items are returned individually, and anything not yet resolvable is reported honestly rather than guessed at.
Demonstrated live, twice, with real data
Not an architecture diagram asking to be trusted — real, recorded, reproducible output.
Task Generation
A real project idea was taken through the guided wizard — requirements, features, pages, and architecture entered and confirmed through the actual product. Task Generation then ran live against Google Gemini and produced five real, schema-valid, dependency-correct development tasks. One task was run through the Context Optimizer and Prompt Generator with explicit target artifacts and risk thresholds, producing a complete, correctly-scoped Claude Code prompt — Objective, Read scope, Do Not list, Dependencies, Acceptance Criteria — with a real computed token estimate (91 tokens, LOW risk) and the one non-targeted feature correctly excluded from scope. Invalid input was tested live and correctly rejected with a clean error.
RequirementAnalyzer
In a separate verification pass, RequirementAnalyzer analyzed that same project's stored details against Gemini and produced eight structured, schema-valid requirements — business, functional, data, integration, security, and non-functional — each persisted with proper source and confirmation tagging, leaving the project's existing human-authored requirement untouched.

Role, Feature, Page, Design-System, and Architecture generators are each identified with a target screen and conceptual behavior; the confirm/reject data model they'd need already exists and is proven in production — both live AI features reuse it identically. This is defined roadmap work, not open-ended discovery.
A dedicated UI for task generation and prompt retrieval
Currently reachable via API only, on top of an already-complete, tested backend.
A third AI provider
The interface already supports it — implementation against an existing contract, not new architecture.
