You may not use InspiringTec to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, engage in phishing or fraud, or transmit content that violates applicable law.

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, sandbox restrictions, or the compliance requirements of an underlying technology or platform provider (such as sender verification, template approval or DLT registration).

Certain products — including messaging, verification and payments — carry additional requirements such as KYC, consent capture, or template approval before they can be used in production. These are surfaced during onboarding for the relevant product.

We may suspend or restrict access to a product, or to your account, where use violates this policy or creates risk to the platform or its underlying providers.
