Funds added to your InspiringTec wallet are intended for consumption against usage-based API charges across enabled products.

Charges are deducted from your wallet as products are used. Where a request fails due to a platform-side error, the corresponding charge is not applied.

Refund requests for unused wallet balance, or for charges you believe were applied in error, can be submitted through the Contact page or to support@inspiringtec.com for review.

Accounts on Enterprise or custom commercial terms are governed by the refund and billing terms in their agreement, where those differ from this policy.
